For the past twenty years I have worked as Personal Assistant to Prof. Richard D Field OBE. Initially as PA to Richard when he was Chairman of the Dyson Group Plc, based in Sheffield. My duties included all aspects of secretarial work and also managing various projects within the community, from supporting Richard whilst he was Master Cutler 1996/97 - to managing a fund-raising event for the World Student Games in Sheffield.
Since 1998 I have been based at the Field Enterprise office where I provide secretarial support whilst also managing the accounts for Field Enterprise and overseeing the accounts and administration for the Integral Leadership Programme.
