Executive Development Programme
We also run a public programme called Integral Leadership, which develops senior management skills, including personal development, negotiation, meetings, rapport skills, sales etc. The Integral Leadership programme runs twice each year - two sessions per month over five months. Participants are eligible for the Level 5 Award in Leadership accredited by the Institute of Leadership and Development.
